I will be trapped in a conference room in the US Attorney’s office in the Fresno federal court today, and maybe tomorrow. We are trying to find a way to resolve our differences through mediation. I like mediation better than trials. Trials are an expensive mess that only benefit lawyers. I really hope this mediator can help us solve this problem and make peace. We will see. We have somewhat of a view of glorious downtown Fresno.

you prefer mediation, I prefer a more direct approach...
still, I can hope you are victorious, or at least only slightly bloodied, by the process
